However, we have almost no knowledge or awareness regarding these skills. This leads to the incorrect exploitation of personal capabilities, mistakes when recruiting and problems of reliability and credibility amongst employees.

The MOXO system, designed for adults aged 18 and above, is used as an effective tool for the evaluation and development of an organization’s employees. The system uses a computerized attention test that takes just 18.5 minutes. It’s an easy and simple, solely graphic based test that requires no personal questions. Based on the received test results, it’s possible to assess employees/candidates attention skills as part of an occupational vetting process. The attention profiles received on completion of the test can also be used to evaluate a range of important elements including attention skills. They can identify and point to things that could distract employees, can indicate an employee’s stability in the work place, and the reliability and credibility of employees who are candidates for roles within the organizational work force.

(NeuroTech) is an Israeli company specializing in the development of computerized tools for the measurement of attention capabilities. Amongst other things, the company is responsible for the development of the MOXO testing system used as a tool aiding in the diagnosis of ADHD.
